Meet the DCO Team

Danielle has four adult children, a wonderful potbellied pig named Rubysue, and she rescues senior dogs. Danielle has been part of the DCO Team since day one, and has played a critical role in the development of our innovative systems. She is very knowledgeable, deeply caring, and always explores new ways to help our patients. She enjoys spending time with her children and husband, following the Dallas Cowboys, and all things Disney. Her favorite movies are The Wizard of Oz and Toy Story.

Genco is Dr. Cassarella’s best buddy and maintains a very important role as an outside consultant to the DCO Team. He holds quarterly offsite seminars in which he shows our team the impact that loyalty, unconditional love, and warm greetings can have on the lives of people. He is a wise boy and we love our Chief Wag Officer.

Amy has three children and two adorable dogs (Duke and Miley). Amy is the lead of the DCO Reception Team and is extremely empathetic, kind, genuine, and caring. Amy’s warm smile will be one of the first smiles you see when you enter DCO. Amy has worked as a corporate trainer, is a certified personal fitness trainer, and has served as a eucharistic minister. Her hobbies include exercising, reading, running on the beach, and volunteering in the community, including serving as a speech moderator.

Lisa is compassionate and kind toward every individual she meets and strives to help educate each patient on the importance of their oral health. She has an extensive background in the dental field with 19 years experience including, Oral Surgery, Periodontics, and Orthodontics. She enjoys spending her time going on outdoor adventures with her daughter and their dog. She enjoys yoga, creating art, and music. Lisa's favorite movie is "Wonder Woman".

Marya started her orthodontic assistant career at a practice in Devon right after graduating from dental assisting school. From there, she worked at an orthodontic office in the Northeast for four years before joining DCO. Marya has a six-year-old little boy named James who she absolutely adores. For fun, she likes to spend quality time hanging out with her friends and family. Her favorite movie of all time is Hocus Pocus because she loves Halloween!

Sarah has 24 years of experience in the medical field including urology, ENT and allergy, and orthodontics. While she doesn’t have any pets, she is the proud aunt of three nieces. She enjoys reading, dining out, and spending time with friends. Sarah’s favorite movie regardless of the time of year is Elf!
