Job Summary: This is an opportunity to partner with a highly trained orthodontic specialist, DCO’s owner and principal doctor, in the growth of an innovative business model within the healthcare space. DCO is seeking a highly-motivated, creative, and forward-thinking individual to work with the principal doctor and team to continue to build and grow this start-up practice, established in 2016. The responsibility of this job will have a direct impact developing an optimized patient experience, cultivating a rewarding practice culture, and driving the efficiency of the clinical processes of the practice. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who wishes to grow and develop professionally as an assistant and team member. Collaboration with patients and fellow team members is essential. We are creating a unique patient-centered office culture that will be rewarding for the entire DCO team.
